Back of House Attendant
I'm not going to lie, this isn't always an easy job, but it's so rewarding! We donate a portion of all of our proceeds to local and worldwide organizations. Being part of something bigger feel great...and so do all the puppy kisses!
We have high accountability standards and high cleaning and care expectations. We are looking for those committed to long-term employment. We need loving, committed team members who are willing to work hard to make our boarding team successful.
Requirements:
-The ideal candidate must have a high level of integrity and be a joyous and positive person.
-The ideal candidate is detail orientated and physically able to control dogs of all sizes.
Hours:
-The position will require 2 weekends per month.
-Our boarding department is open 7 days a week and daycare 5 days a week.
-Shifts start as early as 6am, go throughout the day, ending between 9:30-10pm.
-We rotate holidays.
Responsibilities:
-Meticulous cleaning of guest rooms.
-Serving guests their lunch, dinner, treats, and meds.
-Taking guests outside for bathroom breaks and play.
-Leading guests in mind-stimulating games and activities.
-Help lead co-workers to company goals.
Our Deal Breakers:
-Cannot thrive on drama or negative vibes! We have dogs to love on, there’s no time for that.
-Must be reliable. We need to maintain good employee-to-dog ratios, multiple call-ins are not an option.
-We are looking for people with a proven track record of successful employment with longevity at previous jobs.
